Service 03 of 12

A website that answersthree questions in thefirst five seconds.

What do you do? Do you serve me? How do I reach you? Most small-business websites make visitors dig for all three. We design and build sites that answer them immediately, load fast on a phone, and are wired to report every call and form they produce.

What it is

What this service covers

A marketing website has one job: turn the attention you've earned or paid for into a customer. That means clear copy, a structure that matches how people search (one page per service, one page per area you serve), and speed. Most visitors are on a phone with a patchy connection.

We write the copy before we design anything, because layout should serve the message. Then we build to measurable targets: a Largest Contentful Paint under 2.5 seconds on mobile, WCAG AA accessibility, and structured data on every page so search engines understand what each page is about.

Launch isn't the finish line. Before go-live we map every old URL to its new one so your existing rankings carry over, and we set up call and form tracking so you know which pages produce revenue.

Who it's for

A good fit if you're…

  • Businesses whose current site is slow, dated or hard to use on a phone
  • Owners stuck on a DIY builder site that won't rank
  • Practices and firms adding a new location or service line
  • Anyone about to spend on ads who needs pages that convert

Process

How the work runs

  1. Discovery and content audit

We review your analytics, Search Console data and call history to see which pages already earn business, then build a keyword map and sitemap for the new site.

  2. Copy and wireframes

Page-by-page copy and layout wireframes, approved by you before visual design starts. This is where most of the conversion work happens.

  3. Design and build

Mobile-first design in your brand, built on a platform you can edit (usually WordPress or a static build), with schema, accessibility and speed budgets baked in.

  4. Launch and handoff

301 redirect map, analytics and conversion events, call tracking, a post-launch crawl, and a recorded walkthrough so your team can make routine edits.

FAQ

Questions owners ask us

How long does a new website take?

Most 10–25 page sites take six to ten weeks from kickoff to launch. The biggest variable is how quickly content and approvals come back, so we agree on a review schedule up front.

Will I lose my Google rankings when the site changes?

Not if the migration is done properly. We map every existing URL to its new address with 301 redirects, keep the pages that already rank, and crawl the site after launch to catch anything that broke.

Do I own the website?

Yes. The domain, the hosting account, the content and the design files are yours. We'd rather keep you with good work than with locked-in accounts.

Can you just redesign the look and keep my content?

We can, but we'll usually recommend rewriting at least the core service pages. Copy that's clear about who you serve and what happens next typically does more for conversions than any visual change.
